The cost of focus group transcription services recorded on a cassette would be additional $15 per cassette and additional one-week added to the turnaround time. We convert all recordings to the digital format.

• Step 2: Login using the user id & password that you selected during registration
• Step 3: Upload your focus group recording in your folder for transcription

• Step 6: We will transcribe your recorded files within the turnaround time selected by you and post it in your folder and notify you that transcription is completed.
