Simple Steps for Affordable Medical Transcription Services
Getting your dictations files transcribed has never been more affordable and simple!
Below is our easy to use process for uploading your digitally recorded voice files. |
| Uploading voice files for Transcription |
| First-time users |
|
• You will need to register one-time to establish an account with us.
• Click on “Register” key on the upper right side of the homepage and go through easy registration process. You will be asked to pay a one time registration fee of $20.00.
• At the time of registration, you will be asked for your payment options, whether you would like to pay weekly or monthly, the mode through which you would like to pay, and the usual turnaround time that you want for your files.
• You will receive an email immediately after you have finished the registration process successfully.
• You will need to assign your own user id and password as part of the registration process.
• We will create your folder and activate your account within 24 hours after you have registered successfully.
• You will be able to login to your folder by using your user id and password on the upper-left side of the homepage after your account is activated. |

• Registered users can login to the system using their user id and password on the “Customers” box on the upper-left side of the homepage.
• Click on upload files, and follow easy process for uploading your voice files. |

• You can upload multiple files by simply selecting all files you need to upload.
• You will have the option to remove an uploaded file if it was done in error.
• You will be asked for the total number of files uploaded in that session. | |

• We will notify you once your files are uploaded successfully.
• Our transcriber will download the file and start working.Once the files are done you will receive the files by email. As a measure of enhanced security, the realtive voice files will be deleted from the system.
• You will receive a monthly / weekly invoice for payment. |
| Tapes, CDs, Video Cassettes, Minidisks etc |

• We can transcribe you audio or video tapes. There is a fee of $10.00 per cassette towards conversion to digital files. An additional $ 15.00 fee for every order towards handling. Please add one-week to the turnaround period.

• We deliver transcripts as Microsoft Word documents.
• Our QA conforms to the American Medical Association Transcription (AAMT) book of style guidelines. |

| • Once we finish the transcription, we upload the transcribed files into your folder and the system automatically sends them to your email address. |
