We are now offering an affordable and convenient program for your medical transcription needs. Subscribe to our transcription program and get your transcript emailed to you or sent to your folder. You can dictate in a digital recorder, or call a toll-free number provided by us and simply dictate. Our program provides you with complete freedom, mobility and flexibility.
 
Our subscription program starts at $80 per month for up to 1,000 lines of transcription of your dictation. Your transcript will arrive within 24 hours of dictating.
 
GMR Transcription Services Inc. offers a convenient and affordable subscription program for your medical transcription needs. Here is how it works:
 
  • Call us and we will register you to our medical transcription subscription program.
  • You will receive your login information to the site and if you have subscribed to our call in transcription service, a toll free call in number.
  • Login and upload your recording using our easy to use website interface, OR the call in the toll free number given to you and simply dictate.
  • We will transcribe your recording within 24 hours.Contact Us to subscribe for faster turnaround time.
  • We will email your transcript and/or add it in your folder for download
  • Our program insures complete privacy – our transcriptionists never see any client specific information.
  • You can cancel your medical transcription subscription anytime by giving us a 30 day notice. Check our terms below.

You can purchase subscription for increments of 1,000 lines of medical transcription. Transcription rates for lines exceeding your subscription level will be charged 9 cents per line.
 
Call in subscribers will have both options available- upload to the website or call in.
 
Terms:
1. You can purchase subscription in increments of 1,000 lines only.
2. Rates for any additional lines beyond your subscription level will be 9 cents per line.
3. The rates above are for one-speaker recordings only. Contact us if you want to subscribe for multiple speakers.
4. 4. These are ‘use it or lose it’ number of dictation lines. Unused lines WILL NOT roll over to next month.
5. You can cancel the subscription by giving us a 30 day notice.
