Click on register in order to start the registration process, fill up your basic details and system would ask you to pay an initial amount to avoid misuse of the website and to create your own disk space on the server in order to store your voice files and transcribed files.

Check with the company's terms and conditions before registering yourself and click on submit you will be taken to a secure payment gateway where in you can enter your credit card details so that you shall be charged the initial registration fee. Then the account shall be activated by the admin in 10 minutes to 48 hours. Once you receive your password you will be asked to sign in order to avail transcription services.

Sign in with your email id and password, if you forgot your password you can also use forgot password resource by which your password will be mailed to your email id.

Once your user name and password are authorized you will be allowed to enter into the authorized control panel of transcription.

You can now upload the voice files; if you were unable to upload the voice files just drop a mail to the info with the extension of the file so that we can add that extension in our trusted list.
To upload a new voice file, Click on Upload Voice File, you will now be taken to a powerful upload interface made in Java. The interface will ask you to download the latest version of Java so that it is visible in the system. Once you download that applet for one time you can use the applet any number of times. Using this applet you can start uploading the files, make sure that once you click proceed existing at the bottom of the page your voice files are available in the combo box to select. This confirms that we have received your voice files.

Click on upload or use right click option of the mouse in order to upload any voice file for transcription.

Two precautions you need to take while uploading are as follows

  • Upload files one after the other, and do not try to upload the whole folder at a single click. This will increase the load on the server, which in turn may result in the loss of data.
  • Make sure that the file names do not have embedded spaces; we recommend to remove the blank spaces and replace it with underscore (_)

Now you see a progress bar showing the progress of your upload. Wait till your file is Uploaded 100% and click on proceed. Upload all the files that are required for transcription.

Once all the files are uploaded, take some time in filing up the pricing options, which specify how quickly you want the files to be transcribed. You then enter the number of speakers existing for each voice file and keep selecting the voice files from the drop down. Once you have added all the files your total will be calculated and based on the owner you may be asked to pay some additional amount in order to start the transcribing work.

Based on your inputs for each file estimated amount is calculated, our professional transcription service providers would scale the voice file and decide how much was the duration and what would be final cost for completing the transcription.

Click on add file details once you have entered all the file details .A window will be opened with a message "file details added"

You can see list of all files you uploaded. Select a file from the dropdown for which you have entered the file details and Click on Update. If you are not happy with the file then you can click on delete and start writing the estimations from the beginning.

Once you have added all the file details click on "Click here to pay advance" to pay the Advance Amount.

Remember you files will not be considered for transcription until you pay the Advance.

After the payment you will come back to the site and you will see a message as below:

Once you see this window make sure that you note the receipt id for any future uses.
As soon as the payment is done your voice file would be taken to the bench of transcription service providers who shall be transcribing your voice files.
The transcription process shall the Turn Around Time (TAT) you had selected during the process.

A notification mail will be sent as soon as your file is transcribed and uploaded to your folder.

Once the processing of your voice file is done, all the voice files would be allocated their respective transcribed files. The status of the voice files can be viewed by clicking on View Files. You can able to see the complete file details along with the turn around time and duration. This shows the amount that is there in the balance. Once the balance amount is cleared you will be able to download that file from the system for the period of 2 months anytime, after which website owner has the privilege of removing the transcribed documents for the sake of efficient storage space.

On clicking you will be taken to payment gateway where you need to pay for the transcribed file (If you had paid the Advance then you will be asked to pay the remaining amount). After you have paid the transcribed file will be mailed to your Inbox. This may take some time to ensure that the payment has been made successful. Make a note of receipt id for any further queries. If you face any trouble in payment process you can contact the website owner any time so that we can guide you to complete the process successfully.

Once you have paid for the file you can download it from site for a period of 2 months without paying. Go to View files -->

Click on "Click Here to Download File".
You will see all the files for which you have paid.
